Join us on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 for the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival's annual celebratory dinner at the Verdi Club, 2424 Mariposa Street, San Francisco.
This year's annual event marks the 450th birthday of one of the world’s great literary and dramatic talents, William Shakespeare. Festivities kick off at 6:00 pm and bring together artists, board members, guests and friends.
Come and enjoy a one-night only original performance celebrating Shakespeare, indulge in delicious food, drink and cheerful conversation, and help us celebrate! You presence is all that is needed to make this a night to remember.
“2013 has been a tremendous year for the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival,” said Executive Director Toby Leavitt. “We’re reaching more people than ever through the performing arts; strengthening our communities with each and every performance and educational event. The fact that it is Shakespeare’s 450th birthday makes this year’s celebration all the more special.”
Proceeds from the Celebratory Dinner and auctions support the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival’s community performances and performing arts education activities. Each year over 100,000 Bay Area residents experience Shakespeare and the performing arts through the Festival’s programs.
Tickets are $75 per person and can be purchased online. Corporate tables are also available for $2,500 per table. Please contact the Festival at 415-558-0888 or email for more information.
